World War 2 Collection:
Two Sides, Two Visions...
With the HISTORICAL COLLECTION contemplate the differing convictions of both the German and US Generals at the time, whose firepower selections were instrumental in determining the outcome of the war.
Why did the Americans adopt slower calibers with increased stopping power when their opponents in the III° Reich had munitions that were smaller, faster and able to sustain a higher rate of fire? Would the outcome have differed if the German Army had launched the world's first assault rifle, the Sturmgewehr 44, four years earlier? |
